Meet the Founder
Katelyn Heffler, the founder of Koa Form, was born and raised in San Diego, California, where her journey in movement began at a young age as a competitive gymnast. Her background in gymnastics instilled a lifelong passion for fitness, body awareness, and discipline — all of which naturally led her to discover her love for Pilates.
Now based in Dallas, Texas, Katelyn is a certified Lagree instructor and currently teaches at two of the city’s leading studios: Tight and Collective Movement. Her classes are known for their energy, encouragement, and focus on helping others grow stronger — both physically and mentally. For Katelyn, teaching is more than a profession — it's a way to build community, empower others, and share the transformative power of movement.
Koa Form was born from Katelyn's desire to create an elevated grip sock that matched the quality and intentionality of the workouts she taught and loved. After years of wearing socks that slipped, bunched, or clashed with her activewear, she set out to design something better: a minimalistic, high-performance sock with thoughtful grip, comfort, and effortless style.
What started with socks is just the beginning.
Koa Form reflects Katelyn's broader mission — to help others feel strong, supported, and aligned in their bodies. With future plans to expand into activewear, nutrition support, and 1:1 coaching, Koa Form is redefining what it means to live well — and look good doing it.
Katelyn’s mission is simple: to inspire others to step into their strongest, most vibrant selves — fostering a lifestyle rooted in balance, authenticity, and well-being.
